RasterOps STV 12"

The RasterOps STV 12" is a 12" NuBus card compatible with 68K- and PowerPC-based Macs running up to Mac OS 8.1. It may be compatible with higher versions of the Mac OS but no information is available at this time.

Details

The card provides standard QuickDraw acceleration and supports the following resolution/color combinations:

• 640 x 480 up to 24-bit
• 640 x 480 (PAL/NTSC)
• 576 x 432 (PAL/NTSC)
• 1008 x 512 Extended (PAL/NTSC)
• 2032 x 512 Extended (PAL/NTSC)

Software

RasterOps video card drivers can be downloaded from the Mac Driver Museum, where ShrinkWrap disk images are available for RasterOps Graphics Install v3.2 and v3.3, MoviePak, MoviePak2, and VideoTime.

Notes

• Card does not appear to support 16-bit color.
• Provides video input as well as output.
