The Macintosh Display Card 24AC is a 7″ NuBus accelerated video card compatible with both 680×0- and PowerPC-based Macs. With ROM version 1.0, the card is only compatible with System versions from 7.1 up to (and including) 7.5.2 but not 7.5.3 or later; with ROM version 1.1, the card is compatible with Mac OS versions from 7.1 up to 8.6. Mac OS 9 compatibility for this card has not been verified.
The 24AC provides standard QuickDraw acceleration and supports standard Mac resolutions from 640 x 480 to 1152 x 870 with 24-bit color. It also supports the 640 x 870 resolution of the Macintosh Portrait Display.

This is the same card (or very nearly the same card) as the Radius PrecisionColor Pro 24AC. The Apple 24AC is generally very hard to find and usually overpriced relative to its Radius sibling, especially considering that the Radius supports more resolutions and doesn’t have the ROM issues of the Apple 24AC. eBay only very rarely has the Apple version, and they usually go for over $100 when they appear.
