Ze PowerSuitcase

Bernard Bélanger’s PowerSuitcase (also in French) is quite a bit different from most CustoMacs: It doesn’t even look like a computer.

Ze PowerSuitcase

Inside an innocuous-looking metal Smith-Corona typewriter case beats the heart of a Quadra 700 with a 100 MHz PowerPC upgrade. On the front is the floppy drive slot. In the back are all the usual connectors (ADB, serial, SCSI, video, etc.). Ventilation holes are strategically placed on three sides of Ze PowerSuitcase. There are even hard drive and power LEDs near the handle.

This could be one of the most rugged CustoMacs ever made.
