Do you have a passion for Apple equipment? Do you like older kit? Would you like to write for a long running Mac website?
Low End Mac has been running since 1997, born when the internet was in it’s infancy and sites dedicated to Apple and the Mac platform where few and far between.
As a former professional writer, I missed the buzz of seeing my work in print, and in 2008 I was asked to submit an article to the ‘My First Mac’ section on Low End Mac: Hooked on Macs, New and Old. It felt good.
I then started a regular column called Mac Spectrum, which in 2014 was changed to Tech Spectrum to cover a wider range of topics from Apple hardware, operating systems, news and repair guides as well as iDevices, Linux distributions, and even Windows. Now at nearly 200 articles, I am still writing – and six years on, still loving writing for Low End Mac.
Low End Mac now has a lot of competition in this crowded world wide web, and as with any site, regular articles and a fresh flow of writers make a good and interesting site. Here at Low End Mac, we are always on the lookout for new writers.
Could you write for Low End Mac, either as a regular contributor or as a one-off article? Do you have a passion for technology (we also cover PCs and Android)? Do you specialise in a niche area?
If you think you could contribute, contact Low End Mac publisher Dan Knight. If you enjoy Low End Mac and our articles, spread the word.
