Relaunched Blood Oxygen features on Apple Watch

This update will be re-introduced once you update to iOS 18.6.1 and watchOS 11.6.1 for individuals in the US. If you had a Series 10, 9, or an Ultra 2, those will also be eligible for the update.

Mac.c infostealer grows in prominence

“Believed to be of Russian origin, the newcomer malware developer goes under the alias “mentalpositive,” alongside their product, an infostealer packaged as Mac.c.” as mentioned on 9to5Mac.

“While mentalpositive has only been active for approximately four months, “Mac.c is already competing with larger, more established stealer operations like Atomic macOS Stealer,” according to Moonlock in a blog post for HackerNoon.”

Apple Partridge Creek store location closes

There is no specific mention of why the store closed, but it was mentioned on MacRumors how the mall was sold to new owners. The store employees will have opportunity to continue working for Apple.

Future product code leaks

None of these products are announced, however, they appear to have surfaced as internal identifiers in publicly shared software code. MacRumors was the first place to break the news (as mentioned on Yahoo!). The device identifiers line-up with what we expect to be released soon, as well as some possible surprises. Time will tell which of these will shape up as they have been described (as with any rumors), but indeed these look like future products.

According to xda-developers.com, Apple is working on a version of this doorbell camera which can be unlocked with your face. As a part of the smart home device push, Apple is pressing on a privacy-focused mindset to help people make the jump.

Limited Edition Kiko Kostadinov Beats Pill speaker

This limited edition Beats pill external speaker is more or less a reskinned version, with a “Kiko gray” patterned exterior. This version of the speaker will hav the same features as the regular 2024 version, and should also cost the same, at $149.99. (See also on MacRumors).

iOS 26 hints at Live Translation coming to AirPods

9to5Mac reported on it first, MacRumors confirmed the image file is “tucked away in the files for the translate app in the latest beta”.
