Some early adopters of the new Sky Blue M4 MacBook Air are saying the color looks a bit much like Silver, only looking like Sky Blue under certain lighting conditions. While I’ll agree the color is on the lighter side, when putting Sky Blue right up against Silver you can see a difference. The difference is noticeable when viewing the devices in the Apple Store, too. Out of curiosity I wanted to see what Sky Blue really looked like up against silver – and today will be sharing the results. Silver has a lighter hue to it, sparkling a pinch more under the light. Today I’ll compare a few pictures of silver aluminum Apple devices to highlight the difference with an iPhone 14 Pro.

In Conclusion

To me it looks as though they’re two entirely different colors, albeit ones that can seem similar under most lighting conditions without directly observing them next to each other. What do you think?
