Mac Observers Gaining on Gnomes27 April 2000 - Dan Knight
On Monday Team Lockergnome,
which Team Mac Observer passed last
Friday, gained 10,977 work units to zip right past us --
but we're making our comeback! As the SETI
Checker chart below shows, Team
Mac Observer (orange) has gained a lot of work units in
the past couple days, enough to close the gap between us and
Team Lockergnome (blue) from 7,096 units to 4,843 units by
Wednesday morning. With the gnomes averaging about 410 units
per day (ignoring the one-day increase) and TMO averaging
about 700 units per day (that's a ballpark figure - we keep
gaining new members, which makes the number higher every
day), we're still roughly two weeks away from passing Team
Lockergnome and taking 18th place. But we will get
there. If you'd like to help the fastest growing Mac team, join
Team Mac
Observer as over 100 others have done in the past two
weeks.
